I’m an IT graduate who started building WordPress themes at Ocean Web in 2016. Somewhere between fixing my hundredth edge case and writing my first reply that actually helped someone, I realized support was where I belonged.
Today I lead the technical support team and mentor QA at ThemeGrill, where we ship calmer releases and look after customers across every timezone. My day is half debugging, half listening — turning user friction into real product improvements.
